Vicor is an Illinois Corporation created to develop large scale residential real estate. I represented Vicor in litigation pertaining to the development of a six story 50 unit condominium and commercial property in Chicago. Vicor brought suit alleging that the mismanagement of the development and the improper removal of Vicor caused the development to fail to meet the expectations of the developing partner Vicor. This case was ultimately settled favorably for Vicor after extensive litigation.
