Over the last 20 plus years, I have handled many different types of cases that involve complex and novel legal issues and problems. It should be pointed out that most lawsuits are resolved pursuant to a settlement agreement and most of the settlement agreements contain confidentiality clauses which prohibits the disclosure of many relevant facts. Below is a sample of some of the cases I have litigated over my career . Some cases have been omitted in their entirety and some key facts have been omitted so that there is no possible violation of any confidentiality clauses involved with the resolution of the cases.

A native of Oak Forest, Illinois, Joseph Gentleman is dedicated to serving clients throughout the Chicagoland area and most of Illinois.
